What happens if I cannot do the set up myself?
OPTIKIT has created assistance options ; you can choose 1 of these 3 different service levels depending on your needs :
level 1 visit of your premises + taking down measurements + rough set up plan
level 2 visit of your premises + taking down measurements + complete study
level 3 visit of your premises + taking down measurements + complete study + set up
What will I receive?

Building Instructions
(Drawers are pre built)
What do I need to build the fittings?
A screwdriver
A hammer
A drill for fixing to the wall (2 types of rawlplugs are supplied)
A level
And closely follow the building instructions
What happens if I don't succeed in building the fittings myself?
We have foreseen this possibility. Optikit has a paying service than can do it for you.
Can I order individual fittings?
Yes, you can order individual fittings for the wall, presentation tables or a window.
